• Healthy:  We buy into companies and industries that help people and society stay healthy.  

• Happy:  We buy into companies and industries with "happy" products, brands, and services that bring people value. 

• Political:  We buy into companies and industries that are supported by major governments and world leaders.

• Brand:  We buy into companies and industries that have unwavering brand loyalty in their industry.

• Integrity:  We buy into companies and industries that have management with the highest possible integrity and morals.

• Good & Cheap:  We buy Companies that are relatively cheap for the wrong reasons.

• Revenue History:  Consistent historical revenue growth trends over the past 10 years.

• Revenue Growth Potential:  Outlook of revenue growth that is favorable and durable over the next 10-15 years.

• Gross Profit Margins:  We look at businesses with a Gross Profit Margin of 30% or higher and with little risk of profit margin erosion.   

• Building Large Moats:  We buy businesses that have established or are building large competitive moats that deal in products, services, or markets with high barriers to entry.
